Today went really well. I had my morning coffee and later on a Bubly. I didn’t feel sick, I was hungry on and off during the day, but it went away. A friend of mine brought me her extra injera (I LOVE injera!). I stopped by Muya Injera on the way home and got take out. This was my dinner and it was delicious.

    1. It’s SO GOOD! It’s made with fermented teff flour, so it’s sour. Sort of like sourdough bread, but stronger, and I love the texture.
